I haven’t had much time this year to make movies, but thought of a quick noir story a few nights ago, wrote it down, and made it as quick as I could like the good old days. Although still busy with other things, I was able to make time for it.
The movie is done, and I hope to have the movie premiered at TMU Theater sometime soon.

Today being my birthday, I felt like I needed to finish my next Sims 3 “Little Pablo” short joke video where we finally get to meet his girlfriend Anita.
Luckily, I’m a lonely bastard, or I wouldn’t have found the time to finish it today. After I finish with the final cut, I’ll upload today.

Finally finding some time for, well, anything, my next lil’ movie is going to be my entry in to Mefune Akira’s 2010 Trailer Competition.
Last year’s was super fun with some great entries, but with all these newcomers at TMU since, I’ve got my work cut out for me. But, I just wanna have fun, ooOoh girls just wanna…wait…I lost my train of thought, mabad.
I had to get my Sims 3 rust off today after about 8 months of lack of use. It took a bit to get used to, had to break out with some old webpages that helped me out last year along with the actual Sims 3 manual, as I even forgot how to get in movie making mode. Oops.
After doing some more Little Pablo today, I forgot just how fun it was to use Sims 3 to make movies. Of course, my Sims comedies aren’t complex and don’t require any character movements throughout the set, so I can’t speak for all the talented Sims machinimators out there.
Just thought I’d upload the image above and show you all the title of my next machinima. Little Pablo comes back (with many thanks to SaxyGirl08, the voice of Little Pablo) to hopefully bring you some more laughs.
Look for it soon at TMUnderground.com and my Vimeo page.
And if you haven’t seen my first two Little Pablo movies “Puppy Lovin’” and “Little Pablo Wants a Watch”, please do, so you can catch up on this epic storyline…

Z-Studios Eyes Pack for Moviestorm -

Last night after downloading the “ZS Eyes #1” pack from Z-Studios, I took a look at all of the options and they are brilliant and so very detailed. I’d say the first thing is that I think just about every natural eye color I’ve ever seen is included with the exception of a very hypnotic woman I met once who had golden eyes surrounded by crystal blue (sigh, where are you now, Mysterious Woman?).
What really impressed me was the thought of adding dilated pupils, beady pupils, bloodshot eyes, and even jaundiced eyes that have them as a light yellow-ish tint. All of the colors can be combined with all that I just mentioned.
And then there are the “special effects” eyes. Those, as you can imagine, are very detailed, gruesome, awesome, sick, and even humorous given the right use.
All of these combinations of eyes available, and they are available for every head ever come out for Moviestorm, from old to young, to black, to asian, to caucasian.
Before, black and asian heads had only one eye option: black. Now with all of these combinations, we can add the realistic (sexy) light brown chestnut eyes some black people have. Not only that, but give them any color of eye and assume they’re custom contact lenses.
And I’ve seen asian people with natural blue eyes, but they are rare. Doesn’t matter, we like the option.
Now, go make yourselves a Moviestorm version of Memoirs of a Geisha, but based in modern times. ;)
Oh, better yet, go make Demolition Man with of course Wesley Snipes’ character Simon Phoenix and his piercing blue eyes. Er, maybe not…

In production for my next machinima movie is called “Valentine’s After the Monster Apocalypse”, as you can see from this deceptively spooky forum poster.
Hoping to make it in time for Moviestorm’s Valentine’s Competition
Hoping to show some stills from the movie itself before uploading. :)
If I finish it with enough time before Valentine’s Day, I may premiere it at TMU Theater.
